Try Square Mouth.
This is a comparison site stripping products that are not available and allows a kind of option prices.
It should be easy to find the right size and travel insurance. It also shows that the existing health care plans are available.

Hello,
I'm not sure if they are cheaper, but I know insurance for all is a specialist over 65 years and the insurance is very competitive - you can get a quote and buy online, it is certainly worth out.
Good luck!
I do not know if you think about the online program that offered by Lloyd's of London. If I remember correctly, people who are 65-69 with the same velocity group. You only need to reside in the United States for this program online (your current location and nationality does not matter).
