Gateway Ml3109 Ram Installation Upgrading Ram Memory On My Laptop; Exactly How/where Can I Do This?

Upgrading ram memory on my laptop; exactly how/where can I do this? - gateway ml3109 ram installation

I am interested in improving the RAM on my laptop Gateway ML3109 from 512 megabytes to 1.5 or 2 gigs.

1. Is my system too? I know sometimes there are limits to the manufacturer.

2. Exactly who can do this for me? Should I a store of local computer, or can I take him to a place like Best Buy?

3. If (I have a memory card or whatever its name), what should I expect to pay someone to install it?

Thank you!

Very simple, but for your information in the motherboard of a laptop that the manufacturer (Gateway) is installed, if designed and constructed to the total amount of RAM you can install, control ...

Without reading the manual, the site easier and faster www.crucial.com is no need to pay a PC to do most of the OCI Technia but expensive laptop memory gateway to the underside of the laptop. Probably better get back, remove the battery and then use a screwdriver to open the door to ... The show is usually within 2 memory modules that the owner of the Gateway Guide a way to press down and pull out, etc.

I had forgotten to tell you before the opening, you've probably seen through the Control Panel after the bridge system 512 MB of RAM. Note that you can replace it and then probably a 256 + new, genuine or two new memory modules for each combination allows the motherboard!

If you want cheap low costs are needed to write the description of a line and I could buy an incompatibility, whereas when you buy Crucial u0026lt \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\; = company Micron, which has a supply contract Fast and support warranty.

Adding memory is very easy to improve the performance of a laptop PC to ... Best of luck!

It is usually best to go on the Web site of the manufacturer for this type of update (Gateway)

If you http://support.gateway.com/support/defau ... should be, and enter the serial number of your laptop able to know how much memory is being processed and the cost of retrofitting.

Note ... Most computers have 2 slots for memory cards. You better make sure you have the same amount of memory in each slot.

Is responsible, for example, if the laptop has 2 GB of memory, then you could buy 2 @ 1 GB and each put a slot in each.

Finally, it is usually quite easy to get settled. Arrange with your laptop ',' manual, it should be a section on installing memory upgrade. Take time to find it.You will not believe how easy it can be (if you pay attention).

Good luck!
