Credit Card Monthly Interest Calculator Calculating How Much Home I Can Afford - Credit Card Question?

Calculating how much home I can afford - credit card question? - credit card monthly interest calculator

In places like this: http://money.howstuffworks.com/framed.htm?parent=mortgage.htm&url=http://interest.com/calculators/afford-borrow.shtml
They have calculators, how much home you can afford to see.

I try to imagine what they are taking responsibility "is a credit card."

I have never carried a balance on a credit card. Technically, I have no credit card "debt". But use the use of credit cards for everything (almost never cash), so I have to pay every month, more than a thousand dollars on my credit card.

What is the correct way to calculate - they want the amount that I am a "debt" (zero) or the average of the monthly bills to my credit card (more than one thousand U.S. dollar)? "I think the final number of May is not my real financial situation, because if it in cash instead of credit cards that you enter" zero "was used - I used the cards to win prizes.

Perhaps the real question is - how banks calculate this?

I disagree ..... I have maps w / high ceilings ..... Never carry a balance and always set to zero .....

Not realize the responsibility if it does not balance ....

Our last loan application to closing (which is printed) showed that supplementing the begininng.
